The International Order of Co-Freemasonry, Le Droit Humain, is global, and membership is available to men and women on equal terms, without distinction of race, colour or ethnic origin. The International Order of Co-Freemasonry, Le Droit Humain, is founded on the ancient teachings and traditions of Freemasonry and works a system of initiatory continuity from the 1st to the 33rd degree inclusive. The British Federation was founded in 1902 by Annie Besant. Masonic ritual and symbolism are the tools Freemasons use in the search for truth. Freemasonry explores a spritual explanation of the universe and the individual's place within it.
On Wednesday 17 February 2010 we will be consecrating Lodge Morning Star No. 714, a new Lodge which will meet on a weekday, in London, near Baker Street.
For some time there has been a need for a Lodge in Central London, for those members who live in London and in other parts of the Home Counties who find it difficult to attend Lodge meetings in Surbiton. The Lodge will also support those Co-Masons who work in London, giving them the opportunity to attend meetings after work, either as Lodge members or as visitors. This new Lodge will also act as host to the many Co-Masons visiting London from abroad.
Those interested in becoming members, should email comason@btinternet.com or call 0208 339 9000.
